How to inquire about the availability of the studio apartments?

How can I submit my application?

Are you interested in one of the studio apartments in the Residence? It is very easy: simply contact us by completing the registration form sent to you by email.

How will I know if my application is accepted?

After reviewing your application and upon acceptance we will send you a detailed contract agreement by email.

What are the utilities and other services included in my rental fee?

The indicated rent includes all utilities: water, electricity, heat, WiFi in the studio and common areas. Weekly house cleaning service is also included.

Do I have to buy rental insurance in the residence?

Tenant are required to purchase liability insurance to cover loss or damage to rented property and bodily injury to third parties.Tenant are also encouraged to purchase additional insurance providing financial reimbursement to cover lost or damaged possessions as a result of fire, water damage, theft or vandalism.

Is it possible to plan a visit?

The Residence is available for tours without any commitment. Simply make an appointment by phone or email, indicating the date and time you want to visit (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm).

Who can rent at the Residence?

Our Residence is open to all students: attending universities, other higher educational institutions and apprenticeship or professional internships programs. Documentation is required.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Tenants must provide 3 months security deposit which will retained in a blocked account before handing over the keys.

How long is the lease?

Once the initial documentation is in our possession, a 12 months rental agreement will be sent to you for your signature. The rental contract will not be automatically renewed and a request for its extension must be sent to us 3 months in advance.

Do I have to open a bank account in Switzerland?

We strongly recommend that each student open a bank account in Switzerland in order to lower the cost of rent payments.
